$25 for one (or $40 for two), 30 min Introductory Private lesson can be booked through the Schedule page or on this page above. Just click "Book" select the day of your choice and fill in your name, email and phone number.

*This 30 mins Introductory Private Lesson is for new student only or couples who are interested in exploring the classes in any of our Martial Arts, Qigong or Taijiquan programs. You will be paired with one of our qualified instructor who will evaluate your interest, ability and find the right program for you. Please wear comfortable, loose clothing and flat sole shoes. 

For Workshops, each workshop is equal to 1 or more sessions(hours) with a break in between if needed.

Best to wear loose fitted clothing, sweat pants and flat sole shoes if you are coming in for the Workshop.

Place to stay if you are coming from out of town.
